What it should do and who it is for. I reply with what I would build, how I would approach it and what it would take — as one fixed price, not an hourly guess.

You get a live preview link from day one and watch it take shape. Changes are cheapest while it is still being built, so say everything early.

Deployed, checked on a real phone, search set up, source handed over. Two weeks of fixes afterwards are included.
